Do I need an appointment to visit your shop?

No please feel free to pop in.  Priority use of changing rooms will be given to whoever arrives first.  We do offer afternoon/evening appointments to those wishing to come with their group of Bridesmaids.  Please see our Opening Times Page.

Do you only do made-to-order dresses?

No.  We hold a beautiful range of off-the-peg occasion dresses which are available in our boutique as well as on-line.  If we don't have your size available providing it is still a current style we will be able to get the dress in within a couple of days.   In addition we offer a made-to-order dresses for Bridesmaids.

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our Bridesmaids dresses range from £160 to £250.  Our off-the-peg Occasion dresses start from £95.

How long does is take to order dresses for my Bridesmaids?

Please leave 3 months when ordering Bridesmaids Dresses .

How much do I need to pay to place an order?

For Made-To-Order dresses we take require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the dress is required to place your order.  The remainder is payable on collection.

Do The Dressing Room offer an alterations service?

We don't offer an on-site alterations service but can give you a list of highly skilled seamstresses in the area.  Alterations generally take approximately 3 weeks but can be longer during busy times of the year.  Prices will be quoted by the seamstress.

How long does it take to colour match shoes?

The standard dying time is 4 weeks however shoes can be turned around in as little as 4 days for an additional charge.
