EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange your item please send the goods back as per the instructions detailed below in the Returns Section. There will be no charge for delivery for one exchange.
RETURNS
If on receiving your order you are not 100% happy purchase and wish to return the goods, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. For sale items return is within 7 days. of purchase Any orders returned after returns period and will be sent back to the customer and not refunded.
IMPORTANT: All items have a returns tag attached to the outside. Refunds will not be accepted for dresses where this tag has been removed.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery.
Once you decide to return the product, you must not use them and must handle all products with extreme care while they remain in your possession. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care, do not use unnecessary force and ensure that you are not wearing any perfume, makeup or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. The goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged. We will not be able to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Your rights under the returns policy are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. For further information on this please see our Terms & Conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Return by Post: If you wish to return your goods by post, follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Complete the Returns Form that is enclosed with your parcel detailing your Reason for Return.
2. Ensure your Goods are in a securely wrapped parcel.
3. The Dressing Room are not responsible for the costs of Returns. Please ensure you receive Proof of Postage which you should retain until you receive your refund.
RETURN TO STORE
You can return your order to our Boutique using the dispatch note enclosed in your parcel as your receipt. The dispatch note must be presented and they will ask you for the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund. IMPORTANT: Orders paid for using Paypal cannot be returned to stores and must be returned by post.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
